On one of our discovery walks of Belgium we ended up in Ellezelles.There we passed by the Moulin du Cat Sauvage, which translates to the mill of the wild cat. Nothing beer related so far. Only that the mill is also producing the Speciale du Moulin, double. At 8% quite a strong beer.
