It is not too late for another Merry Christmas is it? This seazon brought with it all the fantastic (seazonal) Christmas beers. The Bush Noel is one of them.I wrote about the Bush beer before. Brewed by the Brasserie Dubuisson, the Bush beers are quite popular around Belgium. The Bush Noel is quite a 'young' beer, produced only since 1991. At 12% a very strong beer, amber and a slight sweet taste.
