Bang on in the middle of the hunting season - big sport in Belgium if you know where to look - the dark beer La Saison des Chasses (Hunting Season). Brewed by the Brasserie Bouillon, this beer is available now only.It's a high yeasty beer and at 7% feels stronger than it is.
When I read about these beers I long to be back in Belgium. I probably will have to wait until next spring!
ReplyDeleteSome of the beers are available in England but the more unusual ones are hard to find. I suppose this one is hard to find even over there?
